We are located on the northeast corner of Broadway Road and 56th
Street, to the west of Power Road and between Recker Road and Higley

Appointments are made by calling (480) 981-6111, Monday through Friday, during our regular office hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Routine examinations and tests are typically scheduled ahead one to two weeks from the day you call.
Emergencies are seen without delay by the whichever
physician is available at the time.

If you belong to a HMO, you
will need
to ask your primary care physician for a referral to one of their
contracted ophthalmologists.
Otherwise, visits to our office are probably covered by your

To respond to your concerns our physicians are available to speak with you whenever they are in the office and not attending to patients.
Leaving a detailed message will facilitate your call
being returned more quickly, as it allows the responding
physician to have the information you desire at hand.
